Summary of Terms & Conditions

• The weekly rental fee is $5.50 (plus GST). The rental is payable monthly in advance at an amount of $23.80 (plus GST).
• The monthly amount will be debited to your nominated bank account in the first week of each month and will refer to the rental for that particular month.
• Loss, theft or willful damage of the G4 Taximeter will result in the repair or replacement cost being the liability of the applicant.
• The cost of installing the G4 Taximeter will be the responsibility of the Applicant.
• The minimum contract period under this agreement is twenty-four (24) months. Upon completion of the minimum contract period, this agreement will run on a month by month basis until cancelled by the Applicant.
• If the contract is terminated prior to the expiration of the twenty-four (24) month period, an early termination fee equivalent to the monthly rental fee of the remaining months will be payable.
• Applicable only to customers resident in Australia.
